Hogarnizer
The app for running a shared home: tasks are split automatically by effort, everyone shops together, expenses are shared and balances stay clear. It started as my final degree project (UOC, 2023) and I have rewritten it from scratch; now I am getting it ready for the app stores.

What it does
Tasks that assign themselves
Every Monday the daily and weekly tasks are shared out by effort points (daily ones count seven times) to whoever has done least. The points go to whoever does the task, and there is a ranking.
Shopping together
A shared list in real time, grouped by category, with staple and one-off products and shops on the map. When the shop is done, one tap records it as an expense.
Expenses and balances
Equal splits, several payers and recurring costs that repeat on their own (rent, electricity, internet…). Balances show who owes whom and are settled with one button.
Notes and alerts
A real-time board with a pinned note and push alerts you choose: shopping, expenses, new notes and a task reminder at nine.
AI assistant
Take a photo of a receipt or a bill and it becomes an expense, or type in plain language (“I paid 45 for electricity, split with Bea”) and it shows what it understood. It only records what you leave ticked.
One home, several people
You join with a code or an invitation link and the owner accepts the request. Each home uses its own time zone and each person their own language: Spanish, English or Catalan, with a light or dark theme.
Secure by design
Every table has access rules (RLS) and the critical logic (rotation, points, balances) lives in database functions, with automated tests. There is a weekly backup, a download of your data and account deletion.
